WE RECEIVED numerous inquiries regarding:  What compelled us to  author our Specific Solutions with criminal sanctions?  The following  illustrates our rationale. 

Our research convinced us:  the extent of  dishonorable predatory unethical conduct      dominates  our society.   Its commanding supremacy mandates   punitive sanctions inherent in   criminal reprimand.  Otherwise; without  severe sanctions,  the whitewashed sepulcher   remains  while  the corruption stench lingers. .   As the philosopher says,  "Who can build a new home over a cesspool. The home may appear picturesque; nevertheless, the stench will compel the owners to flea the residence.”.  The result?    Government, financial  and economic reformation  becomes  an impossibility.   Transformation of our national ethics must   cure this underlying metastasizing  illness. 

Why?

 An economics reality:  in all probability , this  pervasive unrestricted greenhead-thinking, will result in  a misappropriation  the necessary venture capital to rebuild a 21st Century  America. We all witnessed  what Perilous Paulson’s  bailout did.

FURTHERMORE,  WHERE IS WASHINGTON’S MORAL OUTRAGE?

We are concerned the requisite  moral outrage in  Washington recovery  debate IS ABSENT.  Where are the demands   to arrest   corruption.  it s imperative   we  remedy  this   high-level reckless  systemic conduct which caused this  nerve-racking crisis.  Transporting  us to the  precipice of economic cataclysm .     We must  address this terminal illness. If not resolved,  it will constantly  hinder and  disrupt America's forward  progress. Impairing    future prosperity, national rebirth and renewal.

 NOTICE  SERVED ON PREDATORY SOCIETAL MALFACTORS

National self-deception cannot be substituted for  REALITY.  We must confront THE TRUTH.  Scandalous greedism careerism  respects no boundaries. It operates without a moral compass. This widespread corruption   is beyond lesser measures. Without strict criminal laws   predatory   malefactors will not be  placed on notice:  Times have changed in   America.

We are   persuaded:   John Edward’s message of  “The Two America's” is indisputable, factual truth. One America for the Wealth Class and another for the rest of us.  If inaction or negligible action is legislated,  nothing will change the predation upon our  society.  Research convinced us this infectious    conduct  will not be   restrained    unless it   is criminalized. Otherwise,  we will be unable to initiate the imperative 21st Century High-Tech Manufacturing Base. 

Regrettably, Only strict criminal penalties punitive punishment will generate  a reform.   There can be:  no more scandals with impunity,  financial securities  theft, manipulative political gamesmanship,  exportation of jobs and industrial strength,  replacement of The United States citizens with foreign workers.  None of this  can be tolerated.    

As the philosopher says, “Remember, the law represents merely minimal ethics.  For a  society to survive, it  must adhere to higher codes  of ethics. Otherwise, if not, the people lose confidence and trust in all  institutions.     Eventually, such     corruption  destroys the   necessary harmony and cooperation for a country's  continuation.       Citizens’ confidence in our government,  economic  and financial institutions will not be restored. Historically, the ethical glue   affixing a society together breaks its bond; and, the society spirals   into nonexistence.”

 We must  change our   National Code of Ethics.  it is  vital, Americans insist upon legislative passage  of rectifying constitutional amendments  and federal statutes.  Only, then,  can we as a people,  advance   with confidence. Once again,  a Nation able to pay its bills, rather than borrowing from China et al. Failure to do so will result in America’s failure.

REGRETTABLY, SELF-REGULATORY MARKET REFORMS ARE WORTHLESS.  NEW REGULATORY LEGISLATION MUST MANDATE STRICT RETALIATORY ENFORCEMENT.     OTHERWISE, IN A FEW DECADES, UNDOUBTEDLY, THE NATION WILL BE REVISITED   BY THIS APPALLING ECONOMIC TRAUMA.   NEW REGULATIONS MUST INCLUDE SEVERE CRIMINAL   SANCTIONS REGARDING PERVASIVE SOCIETAL PREDATORY BEHAVIOR. HISTORY TEACHES LESSONS LEARNED ARE SOON FORGOTTON; BECOME INEFFCTIVE; OR, MANIPULATED BY THE GREEDHEAD TYPES. THE NATION CANNOT ENDURE ANY NEW SCAMS.    THIS SOCIAL PREDATION MUST BE STOPPED ONCE AND FOR ALL. THE ONLY WAY THIS IS POSSIBLE IS BY ALL-ENCOMPASSING CRIMINALIZATION OF PREDATORY ECONOMIC BEHAVIOR.   Justice jurisprudence and the conscience of the nation demands passage, invocation and application of RICO-TYPE  [Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act] statutes.  FEDERAL FELONIES prosecuted by vigilant Justice Department attorneys.  In cases such as these, where COMPELLING prima fascia evidence CLEARLY amounts to CONSPIRACY [I.E. to felonious fraud] Without strict criminal laws, predatory malefactors will not be placed on notice:  Times have changed in   America.  We all witnessed the corporate arrogance of Perilous Paulson’s bailout   and AIG’S bonuses paid with our money.   Proving Greedism is fraught with blind self-deception EASILY substituted for PREFERRED REALITY. [Indisputable, factual truth????????]  Those who recklessly risked: our Nation’s future, literally, bringing it to its knees; and, the brink of disaster.  Threatening our very survival.      Convinced this Site:  dangerous, all-encompassing, self-serving, unrestricted greenhead thinking will certainly raise its ugly head again in the future.  In all probability, resulting in a misappropriation the crucial venture capital necessary to rebuild a 21st Century America. Republicans must terminate their persistent 20th Century   gamesmanship mindset.     Clearly, The Old Ways   have proven worthless.  No more half measures. No more band-aid approaches; half-baked non-solutions.   No longer one slice at a time; instead, time to bake a new loaf.       The USA must advance; not be thwarted   by recalcitrance officials. It is decision time – it is now or never.  Instead, Republicans and Democratic Conservatives must assume   their mature bipartisan duty to the Nation.  As statesmen, to propose their comprehensive recovery plan.    No more is expected; to do less is intolerable.

We must   tenaciously insist upon resolution of   perennial problems.  The question is no longer whether   we dispassionately are interested in a stimulus package; rather, the startling truth is it is CRUCIAL.  As our country’s   economic obliteration is pending. 

The Nation must “SHAME” elected officials who are unreasonable: naysayers, do-nothings, negativists, complainers, bellyachers, obstructionists, cherry-picking ideologues,  nitpicking-whiners.   Who transparently refuse to   negotiate common ground.  Who defeat quality legislation based upon on insincere insignificant objections; while, not proposing alternatives.   Insisting upon frivolous   politically absurd arguments.  Posturing      pretentious assertions, such as:   "Specific reforms are impossible.  Congress will never enact them.      Reform is unachievable, politically unfeasible, unrealistic, impracticable, and unworkable. Congress passes legislation one piece at time. A slow tedious process. This reform is too expensive. Etc.” Such protestations expose intent - misleading pretexts to preserve the status quo.

We, The People, Voters, must instantaneously recognize such candidate's and\or officeholder's performance for what it is - duplicity!    

Furthermore, this Site is convinced true systemic reform is impossible; without some public methodology [placed directly within the people’s control] to compel legislators to act; or, accept the negative political consequences. This is the rationale for our proposals intended for that very purpose.    Federal legislation facilitating the Public’s ability to   recall and remove from office   official’s culpable for capricious irresponsibility.      Refusal to perform   their official duties within the parameters of “the public national interest.”    Without such oversight, citizens, as is presently the case, lose confidence [faith = trust] in our republican-democracy; and, its related institutions.    Which, in turn, will be the eventual causation of Our Nation’s demise.

As The Cynic says, “Republicans must submit a feasible [detailed] alternative recovery plan.    It is Time for truth or consequences.  Time to get serious! To get about The People’s business; or, get lost! No more excuses”

EMBARRASSING QUESTIONS

[It is what we are not hearing which troubles us.]

1.    Why are we not hearing Congressional righteous indignation and   specific    demands for   government   reinstatement  of the economic principles necessary to generate a  21st Century Economy? 

2.     Why are we not observing termination of further exportation of our manufacturing base, [OUTSOURCING and GLOBALIZATION]; or, otherwise, a criminalization thereof? 

3.   Why is there no investigation into why the USA had to dismantle its industrial base; and, specifically, how America    can reindustrialize its manufacturing?

4.     Why are there no Congressional plans for creation of good paying manufacturing jobs in the 21st Century?

5.       Why is there no moral outrage regarding Communist China’s oppression of its people; while US manufacturers exploit their slave-waged labor?  Why do we allow such corrupt goods exported back   to The United States?

6.       Why is there no discussion regarding why  The United States had to be converted from a prosperous production economy into a feeble  SERVICE ECONOMY? 

7.        Why is there no congressional proposal to restore The United States to a prosperous PRODUCTION ECONOMY?  

8.     Why is there no discussion regarding why America was to    be converted into an information society? Not a production economy.  Who can eat information? [I will have the data-salad, please.]

9.     Why is there no harsh condemnation of bald-faced detrimental economic ideas ruinous to the public welfare; some equivalent to inexcusable disloyalty to US national interest? 

10.     Why is there no investigation of how and why we developed into a dependent borrower nation?       Why are we required to kowtow borrowing vast sums from unfriendly foreign nations?  A once proud prosperous nation presently seeking embarrassing handouts?

11.     Why was there no discussion  how  America can  again annually produce a larger economic pie in which all   prosper in accordance with their labors?

12.     Why are we not certain who owns America; when ownership governs a Nation’s economic liberty?  Without economic liberty, can we retain political liberty = sovereignty? 

13.     Why is there no debate regarding the unprecedented    income disparity   between   the classes; where the average American family does not fairly share in the Nation’s Wealth?

14.     Where is the opportunity for all in our society so all can be employed working toward the America Dream? Is the American Dream dead?

15.      Who decided  US Wealth would be concentrated within the control of A FEW in the upper 1-3%?     

16.     Why is there an unwise  emphasis on creation of mere paper wealth, but not  real production wealth; which employs workers and invigorates the economy?

17.  Where are the legislative proposals to halt dishonesty and dishonorable conduct, which has repeatedly victimized The Middle-Class, The Working Poor, and economic growth?

18.  Why are more and more Americans plunging from    The Middle-Class into the WORKING POOR Class

19.     Where is the proposed legislation   to create    reasonable government regulation of appallingly administrated  financial institutions; who gamble with other people’s money?

20.  Why is there no shame, no censure, of elected officials who   continually   babble “do-nothings;” rambling on ad nauseam regarding   irrelevant   inconsequential issues?

21.     Why were Corporate-Wealth Class lobbyists   able to take dominance and rule the government of the people?

22.   Why where   rapacious corporations allowed  to take advantage of   Reaganism deregulation to the detriment of the national interest?

23.     Why did America citizens, corporate CAREERISTS, in the name of supporting their families, forsake America? Callous disregard  the national interest substituting their primary allegiance to their corporations? As The Cynic repeats, “My Corporation, My Country!”

24.     How can Senators oppose Buy American legislation   designed to employ American workers; especially in this economic crisis? [An Aside:  Some of our Site Participants were prime movers  creating the 1970s Buy American Movement, which could have prevented this economic crisis.]     

25.     Why do we hear counterfeit reservations of spurious potential trade wars;   when, for 40 years,  foreign nations blocked importation of US products into their  domestic markets?

26.     How can Senators, without qualms of conscience, offer amendments to lower corporate taxes to the unconscionable level of 5.6%  regarding   immoral repatriated overseas profits?

27.     Who decided the   sham concept of alleged free trade; and, the subsequent trade agreements, were appropriate, when they acted against American workers; and, national prosperity? 

28.     How can American   workers be expected to compete with 50 cents per hour Chinese slaved-waged laborer?  Is this not an impossibility? 

29.     Why is there no new proposed global economic model    designed to guide us   from the clutches of this pending economic catastrophe?

30.     Why is there   political reluctance to strictly scrutinize         unaccounted for 10s of trillions of federal expenditures over the last 10 years?

31.     Why is there   political reluctance to strictly scrutinize         unaccounted for billions of federal expenditures squandered, if not outright stolen, conducting the unnecessary Iraq War?  

32.     Why is there political reluctance to strictly scrutinize         unaccounted for billions, stolen from investors, during the multitude of financial scandals; necessitating taxpayers’      bailouts? 

33.     Why are banks, receiving bailouts, permitted to pay billions in executive bonuses; and/or, otherwise dividends with taxpayer dollars?

34.     Why will the bailed-out banks not provide credit to stimulate the economy?

WITHOUT ANIMUS, TO LEAVE THE REPUBLICAL PARTY

AND REGISTER IN THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY.

We  plead with Senators Arlen Spector, Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe to make  this enormous precarious sacrifice for the salvation of America . 

We  racked our brains attempting to figure-out   a methodology to facilitate a true attempt at a possible   United States economic recovery.

We concluded the only feasible solution to the constant looming threat of repeated  filibusters  is to request these  public servants to perform the most hazardous; however, most  courageous,  act of their  political careers. To leave   membership in the Republican Party and join the Democratic Party.

Why?  To thwart further obstructionism in  overcoming this imminent catastrophic crisis.

Yes.  They will be reproached for disloyalty, risk their reelection chances; gain the scorn of their Republicans colleagues. However, they must decide where their true loyalty resides.  Is it to their political party; or, to America; and, the people of The United States? 

What is the probability of them doing this?  Politically? Minimal.  What is the chance their consciences will command them to switch = we believe excellent.

WHAT WOULD ABRAHAM LINCOLN DO?

A Man Without Shame

Recently, THE FORMER VICE PRESIDENT antagonistically confronted the Media, in effect, posing rhetorical questions. “WHO COULD SEE THIS [DISASTER] COMING? “WHO COULD ENVISION THIS [ECONOMIC CALAMITY] COMING? NO ONE COULD FORESEE THIS.”

Long ago, THE RECKLESS FORMER VICE PRESIDENT squandered his credibility; moral standing and political capital to protest and criticize others striving to repair the chaos he left in his wake.   Without remorse, he continues his unscrupulous FEAR-MONGERG SCARE TACTICS.   Apparently, as a self-justification for his official MALFEASANCE. [Without shame, he refuses to exit the stage RIGHT gracefully.]

THE REAL QUESTION FOR THE FORMER VICE PRESIDENT IS:

This all happened on his watch. He; and, the past Administration, is unequivocally culpable for what resulted.  Why did he; and, other federal officials, entrusted with appropriate management of the national business, not  be   watchful and sufficiently diligent to foresee this impending calamity? It was his public responsibility to safeguard the national interest.  For which he was well compensated.

HELLO???? It is no secret, THE FORMER VICE PRESIDENT created the Washington officialdom   environment   of  DO-NOTHINGISM; above all, to preserve the  STATUS QUO.  Who would disagree,  if he was condemned  for  gaming the system.   Gaining  enormous financial  benefits, and profits,  for himself and  his cohorts. by disadvantaging The People of The United States.

 THE TRUTH MUST BE REVEALED: One thing is certain; we will not stand silently by tolerating his sabotage of the national recovery plan. Unashamed. For the crisis to which he gave birth.    Thus, we object to his     transparent efforts to impede, block and obstruct to path to economic renewal.

NOW. To the heart of the economic matter – the causation.

THE PROPAGANDISTIC FALSEHOOD OF THE NECESSITY FOR OUTSOURCING AND MAD-RUSH GLOBALIZATION.   A BRAZEN DECEPTION INJURIOUS TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE
