SPECIFIC SOLUTION BY FEDERAL STATUTE:
CONGRESSIONAL PROCLAMATION MANDATING SYNCHRONIZATION WITH REQUIREMENTS OF: “THE MUTUAL, RECIPROCAL, FREE AND FAIR TRADE DOCTRINE.”
SUGGESTED LANGUAGE
“From this day forward, it is the intention and declaration of The Congress of the United States of America, that all trade agreements with foreign nations, are, hereby, obliged to be
in complete synchronization with “The Mutual, Reciprocal, Free and Fair Trade Doctrine” stated herein. The definition of which is to be controlled by “The Rule of Reason.”
“The Congress of the United States of America hereby abolishes; holds null and void, in particular, however, not limited to, all agreements commencing in point of time with passage of NAFTA to the present-day. Explicitly, NAFTA, CAFTA, The WTO; and, all other similar related parallel Trade Agreements. Requiring such treaties be: methodically scrutinized, reassessed, modified; pending potential renegotiation of the provisions therein. Where deemed necessary, Congress will amend all trade treaties in accordance with the national interest; and, the requisite provisions of the United States Constitution.
Prior authorization, to conduct foreign commerce; and, negotiate treaties, by FAST-TRACK trade authority, is hereby rescinded.”
