"The self-serving ruination of honorable character and behavior by: thinking [philosophy] with premeditated nefarious intent; and, otherwise, articulating enticements of other entities, individuals, organizations, corporations to engage in conduct or course of action violative societal expected ethical norms - resulting; or, eventually contributing to injury and the ultimate breakdown of social structure."

1. If I do to another what I would not want done to me, I am corrupt. 2. If I take from society what I do not need; at the expense of others, , I am corrupt. 3. If I out source another's job, promoting my career, I am corrupt. 4. If I enter government service, motivated to serve myself and not my country's prosperity, I am corrupt. 5. If I befriend in government entities I am supposed to regulate, to retire for a high paying job in return, I am corrupt. 6. If I allow government policy to injure my country's interest, , I am corrupt. 7. If I take an oath to uphold the laws and constitution, giving my word on honor, and I ignore doing so, I am corrupt. 8. If I am a member of the bureaucracy, and refuse to enforce regulation of a certain industry, I am corrupt. 9. If Iam elected to Congress or the Senate, and vote against the common good or public interest, I am corrupt. 10 If , a member of Congress or the Senate, I promise to vote a certain way, and I do not , I am corrupt. 11. If I flip-flop, stating one position, and conveniently changing it , I am corrupt. 12. If I take campaign contributions, tentatively agreeing to vote against the national interest, I am corrupt. 13. If my elective office is conducted to favor a special interest, over the national interest, I am corrupt. 14. If I violate the obvious principles of the Constitution, and the spirit of legislation, I am corrupt. 15. If I seek a CAREER IN GOVERNMENT, and disregard PUBLIC SERVICE and the national welfare, I am corrupt. 16. If I promise voters one thing [campaigning]during the elective process, and when elected do the opposite, I am corrupt. 17. If I separate my political philosophy from principles of basic ethics, I am corrupt. 18. If I lie, cheat or outright steal while in office, I am corrupt. 19. If I do anything self-serving, at the expense of the national interest, I am corrupt.
20 If I do an deed, aware the consequences will impoverish another, I am corrupt.
21. If I take another's wife, aware the consequences will breakdown his family, I am corrupt.
22. If I enter government for a careerist's profit, not public service, I am corrupt.
23. If to advance my corporate career I do any act detrimental to individuals' or society, I am corrupt.
24. If I vote for legislation injurious to The Nation, The Constitution; or The People's Welfare, I am corrupt.
25. If to advance my corporate career I pursue not a profit; but, to the contrary, to profiteer exploiting others, I am corrupt.
26. If I do not lie, but do not tell the whole truth, I am corrupt.
27. If my political career is more important than telling the whole truth, I am corrupt.
28. If I embrace monopoly employed lobbyists to augment campaign contribution, with the implicit awareness I am obligated to subsequent partiality, I am corrupt.
29. If it is obvious the government system is counterfeit, and I do not act to reform it, I am corrupt.
30. If I believe systemic corruption cannot be reformed, and stand for reelection, I am corrupt.
31. If I am silent in the face of transparent corruption, I am corrupt.
