As the latter gradually fades into the void. By definition, Liberty diametrically opposes the multiplicity of secrets. For what one does not know freezes him in Ignorance. Thus, no citizen can construct a reasonable judgment about government. Casting the ballot no longer elects his representative perspective. Why?
